4. Vendor Obligations

If you register as a vendor, you agree to:

• Handle orders, shipping, and customer support promptly.

• Abide by all applicable laws and our policies.

• Not list prohibited or restricted items (e.g., weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods).

Violation of these rules may lead to suspension or permanent ban of your vendor account.

5. Payments and Transactions

• All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment gateways.

• MartMela may hold vendor earnings temporarily for quality control, fraud checks, or return management.

• We do not store any sensitive card or banking details on our servers.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Buyers and sellers are responsible for understanding and following:

• Shipping timelines

• Return policies (product-specific)

• Refund eligibility

MartMela facilitates but does not guarantee resolution unless otherwise specified.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.

• Upload harmful or malicious content.

• Post misleading reviews or engage in rating manipulation.

• Violate intellectual property rights.

8. Intellectual Property
